Garlic Chives (Heirloom)
Garlic chives can be used just as onion chives. They add a great a mild garlic-y flavor to any dish. Garlic chives are perennials, but also readily self-seed. These heirlooms mature in about 80-90 days, eventually producing edible flower heads that attract many pollinating insects.
Direct sow in Spring in a sunny location, or start indoors in late Winter. Cut chives down once they reach about 12" and use as needed. Minimum 1/4 tsp of seeds included.
